Is it possible to add support for PowerShell string escaping?

Example usage:

assert_eq!(Pwsh::quote_vec("foo bar"), b"'foo bar'");
assert_eq!(Pwsh::quote_vec("foo\nbar"), b"\"foo`nbar\"");
