BattleArena doesn't install correctly

I honestly have no idea what is wrong, whenever I run a "BattleArena" command it says Battle arena is not installed correctly, I have done /pl and it doesn't show up, but it shows up in my FileZilla with config files and everything.

The error is caused by line 283 of WorldGuardUtil:

As a temporary solution, you can use WorldGuard v5.9 and WorldEdit v5.6.3

(until we get a chance to add support for WG + WE 6.0.0+)
