fix: pinning aiohttp beta to hotfix 3.12 support

Proposed changes

Hotfixing the aio-libs/aiohttp#7675 dependency bug, we dont explicitly use anything that touches aiohttp from auth0 so pinning the beta version with 3.12 support should act as a workaround for a time being
