Produce a warning that this is not officially supported

The developer discourages 3rd party redistribution, but it will immensely help users (especially in Raspberry Pi). So, we should rather implement this message on startup.

"This method of installation is officially unsupported. If you encounter an issue, uninstall droidcam (.deb), download the .zip release from here and check if the issue is present. If the issue is still present, you can open a github issue here (the upstream repo). If the issue is absent in the upstream package, and only present when installed from PPA/.deb package, you can open an issue here (this repo). Kindly DO NOT report issues related to the .deb package to the upstream repo.
