Make the open-source clause a bit more general

While what's here is great, I feel like it could be more general. It seems to only allow for patch contributions, not writing articles, giving talks, etc.

Would it be possible to expand this to something like what I have at 5.1. in https://gitlab.com/colan/service_contracts_legal/blob/legal/development_service_contract.md ?

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Developer, in his sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to reuse and re-license portions of the Product as desired, as long as the portions are reasonably considered by the Developer to be general solutions to common problems and are not specific to
the Product.
