IMO, the most simple/generic way to search is:

when (date) the learning was registered
what or part of the learning title
related to - a tag in the learning title or description

I would like to suggest two options:

Create one use case per item (simple to implement, but looks like rework); or
Create a small convention about these words as tokens (i.e. when, what, related to) and implement the search for each repository.
