IMO, the most simple/generic way to search is:

  • when (date) the learning was registered
  • what or part of the learning title
  • related to - a tag in the learning title or description

I would like to suggest two options:

  • Create one use case per item (simple to implement, but looks like rework); or
  • Create a small convention about these words as tokens (i.e. when, what, related to) and implement the search for each repository.
