${__field.labels.host} in Hyperlink empty

We are using Links with Variables to other Panels in Grafana
Until version 7.x of Grafana it was filled with the Hostname when we use ${__field.labels.host} in a Link-Url.

Since Upgrade to 8.2.2 and latest Zabbix-Datasource this field is empty....

In 4.1.5 everything worked,
In 4.2.0, labels disappeared.

Looks like this is a bigger issue? No idea so far, how to fix it? Except rollback to older Version, which causes other issues?

And also after Updating to 8.3.4 the issue is still there. Looks like this has to be fixed on plugin-side...

Problem isn't resolved in latest versions of plugin and grafana
