We should only first check whether there are new txs (by using the persisted latest tx hash) before polling all address related endpoints.

@mvaivre With our new polling mechanism that checks for new incoming txs as well as our new pending sent transactions display, I believe we can close this issue. Feel free to open it again if I was wrong. Closing issue.
