Aleph can be used by analysts to index a wide range of documents. Some of them write memos or reports on subjects in LaTeX. Analysts cite documents or files and build bibliographies for their memos.

It would be great if Aleph could export a collection of documents, or perhaps create a list of documents that can be exported to a bibtex file.

An alternative would be to support a way of adding plugins to Aleph. This would make it possible to add functionality without modifying Aleph's core.
