Refining alignments error

Hi

I am running Masurca, and it crashes at the Refining alignments step. It is creating issues with the Mummer Conda installation, which I have now removed. However, I am still getting this error.

Can't load '/DATA1/balaji_bat_genome/MaSuRCA-4.0.9/bin/../lib/perl/mummer.so' for module mummer: libumdmummer.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory at /home/balaji/anaconda3/lib/5.26.2/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/DynaLoader.pm line 193.

I tried reinstalling Masurca, but I am facing the following issue

/DATA1/balaji_bat_genome/MaSuRCA-4.0.9/global-1/missing: line 81: aclocal-1.15: command not found

Please suggest a suitable solution. I would like to restart the current run if possible.
