Compilation error - Jellyfish

Hi there,

I'm having trouble with compiling masurca, specifically in the jellyfish compilation. I tried to run the install.sh script, and noted that there is an error such as the one in the image. I was able to replicate the issue by moving to the jellyfish directory in global-1 and typing make.

On the other hand, I just want to run POLCA to polish an assembly, so if there is a way in which I can avoid this jellyfish error and get what I need to run the polisher, I would love to know.
