Personal Bookmarks In Project

To have the ability to have shared bookmarks and personal bookmarks in a project.

• Shared bookmarks are saved in the bookmarks.json file
• Personal bookmarks are saved in the .bookmarks.json file
• The .bookmark.json file (The personal bookmarks file) can be added to the git ignore file
• Users can choose to add a bookmark to the personal bookmark list or the shared bookmark list
  • New keyboard shortcuts
    • Toggle bookmark shared
    • Toggle bookmark personal
    • Add/Remove label bookmarked shared
    • Add/Remove label bookmark personal
• Personal bookmarks can have a different color than shared bookmarks
• Users can filter out personal and shared bookmarks in the bookmark sidebar
• Users can switch weather a bookmark is a shared bookmark or a personal bookmark
