Is this working on Echo Show 5? And what is the "someToken"? #12
Comments
I have the same issue (als Echo Show 5, 3rd gen):
but after a while it returns to home |
I have the same problem on the Echo Show 5. Using the external URL for my Home Assistant instance, when I launch the skill I just see the Home Assistant logo, with a spinning blue wheel and the text "Loading data". It does not prompt for login credentials. After about 30s, Alexa exits the webview. Using my internal http URL, I just see a black screen. I've experimented by changing the When I test the skill in my browser using the Alexa Developer Console, it works as expected. If I open the same URL manually in Silk on the Echo Show 5, it loads the Home Assistant login screen straight away. "Loading data" appears for a second or two after I enter my details, but the Lovelace dashboard then opens as normal. |
Same issue - anyone had any success with Echo Show 5? |
Nothing here, can use it on my echo show 8 and 15, but not the 5 |
HI guys, im using the Echo Show 5 3d gen and getting black screen everytime I try to open.
I already tried to open using the external url, but it loads, loads and then the echo return to home screen.
2 questions:
1 -> Is this working in Echo Show 5?
2 -> What token is used in the "someToken" part of the code?
