Voice notifications don't work

Good evening,
alexa notifications have not been working for me for quite some time now.

I have Home assistant updated to version 2024.10.4.
AMP updated to version 4.13.6.

I have tried deleting the integration, also delete from HACS the package and reinstall everything from scratch.
I easily overcome the login problem (thanks to the new account trick).
I reconfigure everything and it recognizes all my echoes.

I also tried disabling polling and setting the timer between scans to 600 as someone recommended.

However, the echoes do not receive any voice notifications from home assistant.
I have clearly tried from Developer Tools-Actions to give it the command...nothing! Mute.

Can anyone tell me why that is?

I know I'm not the only one in this situation but some people get everything working regularly and others don't, I don't understand how this is possible.
