Use the all-contributors bot to update the contributors page

Summary

The all contributors bot is AWESOME. It's designed to be used 1 by 1 so I'm going to have a little play around with adding the core team to the project

What needs to be done?

• Add each person in turn and MERGE the PR before opening another one. (@pherterich learned the hard way that opening a bunch of PRs confuses the bot a little too much 🤖 😬)

Who can help?

• I think I got this....lets see where I get to before the movie tonight!?

Used the all contributors bot for the first time today - and spotted this issue! Talk about project legacy! Hope all in this issue are doing well, and thank you @KirstieJane and @pherterich for setting the foundation of this practice. ❤️
