Remove aircraft from BlueBird once BlueSky removes them

When aircraft travel outside the 'experiment' area in BlueSky, they are deleted. This needs to be handled in BlueBird. We should log this to the episode file, and perhaps also return a notification message from the API if a client requests information on an aircraft which has been removed.
