Add kafka client binding events

Describe the desired outcome from the user's perspective
As devops, I want to see logs for when a kafka client binding can't successfully complete an operation.

Acceptance criteria

• Log events for failures in the kafka client binding
• update docs events page

Additional context
This is to help troubleshoot when a topic isn't created or similar configuration issues that Zilla may or may not recover from.
