The current "Development" page requires an update to provide a clear, organized, and engaging experience for developers, start-ups, universities, and the Akash community. This issue proposes a new structure with well-defined sections, actionable CTAs, and wayfinding options to guide users effectively.

Proposed Changes:

1. Hero Section: "Get Involved"

• Headline: Get Involved with Akash Network
• Subheadline: Akash Network is supported by a diverse group of users, contributors, and supporters. All strive to improve the project and work together efficiently.
  All aspects of the Akash Network - from code to culture - are managed by the community.

2. Wayfinding
Direct developers and community members to essential tools and support:
