Milestone 4 Issues

Most of the parts are working but there are two blocking issues:

• MyExperiments doesn't work. The experiment listing never loads.
• I didn't get BR2 Gromacs output. Karst works fine.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our notice. We have pushed a fix to the milestone-4 branch as well as included it in our master branch.
