Issues with drawing Pearson correlations using JuicerBox #1022

I want to use Juicebox to draw two different hic Pearson images, but I encountered the problem that one half of them has a large shadow.

Is this a problem caused by the difference in data size between the two files?

I'd be grateful for any help you can provide.

Can you show the map in regular VS mode? Is there a structural rearrangement in the cell population?
