Goto gene search crashes the Juicebox session [BUG]

Describe the bug
Since two weeks ago Juicebox sessions quit when searching by a gene name in the Goto window.
It was working fine before that with the same .hic files. HAve tried many all give the same problem.
I have been using the older version 1.9 version and updated to the newer version 2.15 but the problem remains

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
I expected the browser to move to the location of the gene indicated in the Goto search bar and not quit
