It would be cool if gm would recognize a wrong PATH in windows:

http://savage.net.au/ImageMagick/html/install-convert.html

It took quite some time to find out what was causing the problem. Current workaround:

process.env['PATH'] = "d:\\apps\\ImageMagick-6.8.9-Q16;" + process.env['PATH'];

This is not a REAL solution :)
