Link AgroPortal with GitHub more

We have discussed several times different possible shake hands mechanisms between AgroProtal / OntoPortal and GitHub.
Issue created to brainstorm and propose ideas.

We can leverage the doap:repository metadata property that stores the repo for a given ontology.

• Sign on with GitHub account directly in OntoPortal with Oauth or something equivalent
• Interlink the OntoPortal Notes and Proposal feature with related GitHub repo
• Summary page: add a button "Report an issue for this ontology"
• Generate automatically an issue in the GitHub repo of the ontology with parsing errors if any.
• Add GitHub assignments in the admin page to transform ontology admin issues into GitHub technical issues. => need a specific GitHub repository for the portal
