Guide for custom themes

I put together a guide that shows how to create custom themes. I also updated the themes code so it is all in XML. You should be able to add themes without knowing any code. Github should build the project for you once you fork it.

If someone is looking for a guide to add icons and can't figure it out I can add a guide for that too.
