IPV6 server doesn't send response in windows.

Hi i have this code:

When i run these code, The server doesn't send any response back to client.

I fear this issue is maybe a duplicate of #793

Yeah, I don't know if there's anything we can do about the upstream bug on Windows.

Thank you for quick response. I see the bug on python tracker is closed. Is the issue closed as "Not Planned" ?

Windows has always been a second class citizen in Python.
