Wrong logs on the consecutive runs of "surfkit logs" #70

STR:

Create an agent and a device.
Run "surfkit solve"; when it offers to create a tracker, let it do it.
Wait until the task completes or fails.
Run "surfkit solve" with the same agent and device. It doesn't matter whether the task is the same or not.

ER: New logs.

AR: The logs of the previous run are shown, with a prompt about stopping an agent.

Note: "surfkit logs agent --follow" shows correct logs.
