Duplicate agent names, zombie agent?

It seems as though if you create an agent by the same name as another that you killed in a different repo, it will try to run that same old agent

A problem for the same name and the same repo as well: if I update the repo and restart the agent, the code is not updated.

Still an issue in 0.1.217.

• Create an agent in process in one repo.
• Try solve something.
• Kill it.
• Create an agent with the same name in other repo.
• Try solve something.

The old agent is executed.
