[Bug]: Unable to adjust sequence number on series

What happened?

Post 2.17.1 update unable to edit sequence number value on series already displayed on entry. When deleting entire series from entry and readding series im able to add the sequence then but unable to after the series has already been saved to the entry.

What did you expect to happen?

Change in series sequence after series has been saved to entry.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Save series to entry. Go in to edit sequence value. Save. View entry. Sequence value does not have edit applied.
