MBCS test case in vagrantPlaybookCheck not working in JDK21

We are currently using the MBCS_Tests_pref_ja_JP_linux_0 test to validate that the built JDK can successfully run one of the tests as it was previously deemed a good choice. This test is also listed in the infrastructure FAQ as an example. We should check whether these tests are still valid for the later releases (or check if they've been renamed) and if not replace it with something else.
