Recent serious test failures with core dumps resulting in large test artifacts have accelerated the need to switch to using artifactory for storing test artifacts. Since this is already supported (merely a matter of using some pre-existing parameters in the test pipeline script, ARTIFACTORY_SERVER, etc).

Just need information on the existing AdoptOpenJDK artifactory server (and ensure credentials in Jenkins for it), to switch over to using it.

Storage on Jenkins server was increased so this will be closed for now (with option to re-open and complete if needed).
