Detailed steps for problem & if it is repeatable: get error message, 'Live Preview Error', each time when trying the bolt icon. Followed by the message, 'Unable to load Live Development page'. Chrome browser is running, however it's stuck in the waiting state @ file:///opt/brackets/www/LiveDevelopment/launch.html.
Steps for attempts of working around: Tried opening Tools>Developer Tools, leaving it open in a tab; also tried Settings>General>Sources -> Search in content scripts checked.
After a few tries 127.0.0.1:51051/index.html appears however without the text being displayed. Doing a reload and everything is displayed. After this, next time Brackets is started the Live Preview works.
Priority: low. Able to use Brackets in Live Preview Mode. Question, how is Ubuntu setting up its ports to work between itself and chrome?

Ubuntu 13.10 (32bit) has several issues itself; therefore I've switched to ubuntu 12.04 LTS (stable version of ubuntu).
Brackets-spring-35 runs well on ubuntu 12.04 LTS; everything works as tested so far. Live Preview does not report an error as it did with 13.10
(Side note: dual boot of OS X 10.6.8 and ubuntu 12.04 solved my problem of not having Brackets-sprint-35 running on a 2006 core duo Mac hardware. Ref#6624 for initial problem.)
