Brackets window is exceeding the view-able area on the monitor screen #6215

I see a white border on the second screen when i maximize the brackets window on the first one.
Also I see bottom windows 8 toolbar overlapping the window of brackets.

Happens on different resolutions. One of them is 1920 x 1080
