Localised (PL) "Getting started" prevents Brackets from launching #5593

On polish-localised fresh install, localised samples are installed in:
c:\program files (x86)\brackets\samples\root[localised name]
where in polish [localised name] is szybki start
however szybki start is in brackets\samples\pl\szybki start

brackets fails to open localised sample and fails to open. As a walkaround - I just copy localised folder name to samples\root\szybki start
