Re-enabling Live Highlight doesn't immediately show it #4497

  1. Open Live Preview on an HTML file
  2. Put the cursor in an HTML tag and verify that it's highlighted in the browser
  3. Cmd-Shift-C to turn off Live Highlight
  4. Cmd-Shift-C to turn it on again

Result: The highlight doesn't show up in the browser until you move the cursor in Brackets.

To @gruehle, medium priority (since people will likely be toggling the highlight off and on fairly frequently).
