[FRA, JPN]: The word "Loading..." is not localized.

Problem: The word "Loading..." is missing translation in French.
Step:

1. Launch the Brackets sprint19 5290
2. Open a folder which contains some big files
3. Double click on the big file and open it.
4. Open another folder, then click the triangle beside the project folder name
5. Select the folder which contains big files
6. Check the string "Loading..." .

Results:
The string "Loading..." is not localized.

Expect:
The string "Loading..." should be localized.
