Shift+Delete to cut just deletes instead

Steps:

1. Select some text
2. Shift+delete
3. Paste

Result:
Whatever was on your clipboard previously is pasted. Undo is the only way to get your text back (hopefully you didn't save & close the file!)

Expected:
On Windows, Shift+Delete should work exactly the same as Ctrl+X.

This repros in the CodeMirror demo too, so I'm marking it external...
