The pkg-tree.js file is part of extjs 3.4 library. Once in a while, im getting the popup with following error message.
This file will no longer be processed for code hints, jump to definition or QuickEdit. To re-enable this file, open .brackets.json in your project and edit jscodehits.detectedExclusions.
Windows 7, 64 bit.
brackets release 1.4 build 1.4.0-16380
