Hello.
I downloaded fonts, SourceSansPro-Reconciliation, and I can not find feature locl for Serbian Glyphs, normal feature in all Adobe Pro fonts.
Serbian glyphs are

serbian-glyphs-1

20111024-ubuntu-serbian-glyph-names

I hope You can add glyphs for proper Serbian Cyrillic.
TIA. Best Regards.

The SourceSansPro-Reconciliation version is an unfinished evaluation
version of Source Sans Pro.
Of course, also Serbian glyphs will be added when the Cyrillic part gets
finalized and merged into the main release.

The main version of Source Sans Pro simply does not yet support Cyrillic.

@zoran-v-petrovic Do you feel like you can design the Serbian glyphs and submit them?

Hello.
Sorry, No, I am not font designer. I am advanced Serbian Linux user (from day one), looking for free OpenType fonts with support for Serbian Glyphs, Cyrillic. Only few free OpenType fonts support locl , Serbian Glyphs. Only few people understand why someone looking for Serbian glyphs, Cyrillic.

So, my job ( let say duty ) is to present designer existence of this glyphs. Firefox for example support OpenType font features, locl. Chrome font rendering for example is not capable to understand OpenType locl features, Serbian Glyphs. LibreOfice only support SIL Graphite fonts with Serbian Glyphs.
It is very hard to find designers or companies in Linux world that support Serbian Glyphs, EB Garamond - Georg Duffner is one of them. Ubuntu font, Liberation Serif and Sans. GNU FreeSerif and FreeSans, DejaVu.

All famous free fonts from Google are not OpenType at all, no locl features with Serbian Glyphs: Arimo, Cousine, Tinos, Droid, Roboto, Open Sans, Noto etc., all are not helpful for Serbian Cyrllic.
I personally ask designers in charge for Arimo, Cousine, Tinos to enhance fonts with OpenType locl feature without success. Sadly all designers producing Google free fonts are totally unaware of existence Cyrillic Serbian Glyphs. Even ParaType (Russian company, native Cyrillic ) PTSans, PTSerif are without locl feature for Serbian Glyphs, and I can not contact designers and ask for Serbian Glyphs.

New fonts from Microsoft are all with support for Serbian Glyphs: Constantia, Cambria, Corbel, Calibri, Consolas, Candara, Segoe UI, but this fonts are not FREE, and Linux community can not use legally this fonts.

If Adobe include Cyrillic Serbian Glyphs, I can say that Source Sans Pro font will be one of default fonts in web design for Serbian web sites, fonts are so good. Now default font combination in web design is Georgia, Arimo or Verdana or Tahoma, Courier,
I hope that Adobe can also produce new font Source Serif Pro, not only Sans, and become new default for web design: Source Serif Pro, Source Sans Pro, Source Code Pro.
But this is only my dream.

TIA. Best Regards.

I will be sure to add Serbian alternates when I add Cyrillic support to the fonts.
