[KIV, low priority] Adjust 汞 (U+6C5E) so the top and bottom parts don't touch #431

I request to adjust the JP glyph slightly so the top 工 part and the bottom 水 part don't touch, making it look like one long vertical hook stroke.

The irony is that the v1 CN glyph that was removed in v2 had the two parts separated. But I prefer the JP shape of 水, so please adjust the JP glyph.

I think granted that I found a few other JP glyphs for which the components can "unnecessarily" touch, I might have to KIV this until I sort it out. I still don't fully know what the philosophy of the JP design (Kozuka Gothic-based) is like. Adobe should not modify the glyph for now.
