Actually, referring to official document GB 3005-1999《印刷隶体字形规范》, the current 氐 in 䟡 is the correct one and the others are "wrong". In terms of relative placement, the dot should be placed under the hook and not to the right of hook (considered wrong in the document). Below is a screenshot of document:

However, do note that this document is just implying what the GB standard should be, not what GB standard has set.

Following are references from other fonts. Except PingFang (and WenQuanYi?), other fonts usually put the dot right below the hook; this is also what is shown on the code chart. Source Han Serif CN follows the convention of putting the dot below the hook.

Actually, I know I did not mention it earlier, but yes, it is also possible to ask Adobe to redesign the 氐 component. However, I personally think the current glyph in 䟡 (U+47E1) looks a bit ugly and unbalanced, so redesigning the 氐 component (for CN only) would need to be discussed first.

The affected characters are:

This actually seem to be a "regression" from v1. From the glyph correction record in #178 (comment):

U+47E1 䟡 uni47E1-CN - The short diagonal stroke should not connect, and should be lower

However, the corrected v2 uni47E1-CN glyph is the correct one according to currently available GB/GF standards for CN glyph.
