Reduce confusion by removing old XML ADE documents from ICAR web site

The old ADE XML documents are still available on the icar.org web site (see issue #502) and I believe have also been converted to the new (unreleased) Wiki format. We need this to be replaced by an introduction that brings interested parties to this GitHub repo.
