There is a small bug in the HGS algorithm that will result in different 
solutions than in the originally defined algorithm.  The current results are 
still correct reduced/prioritized test suites, but the original algorithm may 
produce slightly smaller suites.  In any case, the current results analysis can 
be viewed as an upper bound on the size/CE of the suites produced by HGS.
