In DSL2 rewrite ensure can use local or s3 inputs as well as synid

Ino is looking to use htan-artist for another project and therefore we should facilitate other input types

As we currently (I think - or at least tried to do) in the DSL 1 implementation we can regex detect synids in an input samplesheet and redirect them to the SYNAPSE sub workflow.

We would need to make sure that where there is no metadata (eg from local file or unanotated synapse file) that variables required are taken either from the params or the samplesheet and injected into the meta dictionary for each sample
