in CLI, prompt for SQL literals when adding required columns to tables with data #3

The old app had a comment inserted (I think) in the generated script that you had to manually edit. It won't like that in the console app. There will need to be a prompt for literal values to use when generating ALTER TABLE ADD script on tables with data.
