Update vue to v2.5.17 to avoid vulnerability issues #48

According to snyk.io currently included Vue version v2.5.13 has some vulnerability issues (https://snyk.io/vuln/npm:vue?lh=2.5.13).

Updating Vue to 2.5.17 should solve those issues.
