Yadda allows you to share context between steps, but the mocha plugin API doesn't support this.

I've pushed a fix to mocha-plugin-ctx, which puts you back in control of the yadda when using the mocha plugin, meaning you can specify a context if required. However the change is not backwards compatible, so you'd have to update all your mocha tests to look like this. I think the change makes the plugin use much clearer, so providing it doesn't cause too much of a headache I'd like to merge it to master.

That's good news! Thanks for fixing this, it's appreciated. Please do merge with master when you get a chance. Oh and nice hospital steps example!
