Unable to add to menu in Windows 11

To Reproduce
I copied the extracted LessMSI to a folder I created "C:\Program Files (x86)\LessMSI".
Next I right clicked "C:\Program Files (x86)\LessMSI\AddWindowsExplorerShortcut.exe" and ran as administrator.
It looked like something RAN, but when I checked my menu the LessMSI was not present.
I rebooted the terminal multiple times, not only for this, but still no LessMSI in my context menu.

I have used this functionality for a number of years on Win10 and I believe Win7, but recently I had to update my laptop and it came with Windows 11 Pro.

Expected behavior
That LessMSI would now be part of my right click menu. and that I could extract MSIs.
