Hey @mvh77. Java 21 has been rolled out to all runners except Mac OS 11 and Mac OS 12. Feel free to use it in your workflow. This issue will be closed as soon as rollout is complete for all operation systems.

The task is maintained by another team here. I can't guarantee Java 21 is supported, but probably it is, so I would recommend you to just give it a try.
