We had a few UX studies and have already resolved many of the things that came up, but here's my list of remaining problems.

Easier:

  • Selecting authority should auto-fill combined authority and region
  • In the street placemaking check, the previous/next question links at the bottom aren't easily visible, because the left navbar is very long
  • Funding programme maybe needs to be a checkbox and have an "other" case (maybe already resolved with the custom text box?)
  • For georeferencing, many things needed. (Rotation, handling PDF input with multiple images, saving)
  • Policy check summary text could be copied from critical issue text

Harder:

  • Consider preset text options for critical summaries
  • Need a QC mode. Two new text boxes for each metric question, one set for the summary page.
  • Need a presentation/sharing mode. In PMP, a way to flip through problems and filter for resolved/not.
  • Figure out how to handle multiple criticals in exactly the same point
  • Consider making the overview page show the status of each step (letting the user manually mark some things as done)
