Selecting scheme to edit from browse page is broken if authority name is wrong #428

Do you mean the "Edit scheme locally" button? Yeah, that's expected, and is why we have https://github.com/acteng/atip/blob/main/src/scripts/assign_authority.ts previously and now the new atip-scheme-data one. What file + wrong authority did you hit?

So this was using the legacy all_schemes_data.geojson, or rather one derived from it, so it's not surprising there was a wrongly named authority. I wonder if we can use the logic we use elsewhere to automatically select an authority if the name is wrong
